Today, Bayou Bakery opened it's doors to the public for the first time ever and to a full house at that! We went and tried many things like the muffuletta, the beignets, the gumbo (AMAZING) and left wanting to go back and try many more things. The dinner menu looked so amazing.. I guess we will just HAVE to go back! Not only were the dishes we tasted delicious, they were very reasonably priced (and we got 50% off everything today since it was the first day of the bakery.. "we" as in everyone who showed up there.)
